The Laadli Media Fellowship aims to promote gender-sensitive reporting and support journalists committed to advancing gender equality and social justice. This year’s Fellowship focuses on a critical and often overlooked issue: “Mental Health of Women and Persons with Alternate SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity).” From a large number of high-quality applications from talented individuals, the selection process was highly competitive. The selection mail mentioned that her application stood out for its clarity, relevance, and potential for impact.
As part of the Fellowship, she will receive a grant to support the development of her story. In addition, she will have access to mentorship, editorial guidance, and a supportive network of media professionals.
We look forward to these stories.
