The masterclass is a precursor to an audit that citizen groups may want to take up to understand and inspect storm water drains in the neighbourhoods or any part of their city. The group then can present their findings through visuals. These inputs from various groups will then be part of a larger collaborative Datajam with OpenCity.in.
